Today, Oddle has over 5,000 F&B brands onboarded in the region and offers a vertically integrated solution (with reservation, table ordering and even marketing services) that streamlines and consolidates both online and offline channels, giving merchants more insights on their own consumers to improve engagement with their best customers.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play an essential part of the team and set the foundational step toward a successful journey for our restaurants.

What you will do

  • Onboard new merchants on our platform with delivery and/or dine-in products, optimise their shopping carts and backend settings to ensure that they go live with the highest impact and conversion
  • Attain assets from merchants and translate them into optimized and functional online shopping carts, including setting up of payment gateway, logistics integration, delivery settings, and linking up with restaurants website and social media
  • Conduct training for merchants on how to use and maximise our products
  • Prepare and set up hardware devices to get restaurants eCommerce operations ready
  • Provide excellent restaurant support throughout the onboarding process
  • Activate merchants by linking their social media and website to the channels established on our platform to drive traffics
  • Any additional assignments as directed by the Company

Who we're looking for

  • 1-3 years experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations or Customer Service
  • You're able to read and write Chinese as you will be supporting our Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong merchants
  • You're highly organised with great attention to details and project management skill
  • You're able to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and written
  • You're tech-savvy and able to maneuver various technical systems
  • You have great aesthetic and design sense as you will be building the websites of our merchants
  • You're able to think critically and the confidence to act on your ideas
  • You take pride in your work and are able to produce high-standard deliverables within a short turnaround time
  • You possess a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to go above and beyond in your responsibilities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, fast growing, high-stakes and constantly changing environment
