What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers from all over the world through online channels
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them find the best solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with sales experience
- Strong learning ability to quickly acquire sales skills.
