Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Live Host at SKINMADE, located in Kota Damansara. The Live Host will be responsible for engaging with customers through live sessions, promoting products, and answering customer inquiries in an engaging and informative manner. Additionally, the Live Host will provide expert customer service, assist in training sessions, and help drive sales by effectively showcasing SKINMADE products.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in skincare
• Ability to engage and connect with customers in a live setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and the beauty industry
• A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work on-site in Kota Damansara
• Previous live hosting experience is a plus
