Finexus is currently having 4 opening in Operations Executive role and here are the your main responsibilities in this role:
- Ensure operational activities are completely executed
Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers- Attend regular meetings with the team and clients to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency or implement new products
Conduct preventative maintenance checks and audits regularly- Keep manager advised of any operational / process weaknesses and non-compliance with controls in Card Operations

- Operations Executive in Authorization Team (1 Vacancy):
- Handle and resolve customer and merchant's enquiry & complaint via call & email
Handle ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by supervisor
- Operations Executive in UAT Support Team (1 Vacancy):
- Ensure quality & timely submission of User Acceptance Test
Monitoring ATM conditions and balance- Manage terminal handling & inventory
- Operations Executive in Merchant Operation (2 Vacancy)
- Perform card scheme screening
Ensure the data are correctly captured in into the system- Follow up case based on email instruction given by clients
Check documentation as per onboarding requirement
- Update daily onboarding status
Did you:
- Completed your degree study in operation management/business admin/international business/finance/Records management
* Have 1-2 years relevant working experience (more on operation and in any industry)
