Job Description

Job Responsibility

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of branches in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring smooth business operations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and image of the outlets meet company standards.
Recruit, train, and manage outlet staff, ensuring efficient team operation.
Responsible for inventory management and coordination with the supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels.
Regularly communicate with CEO, report performance and issues, and provide improvement suggestions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance data, develop improvement measures, and enhance efficiency and profitability.

Job Requirements

Can join us by 01 JUNE 2024 as well.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the food and beverage or retail industry, with multi-outlet management experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and team management abilities, with the ability to effectively coordinate various resources.
Strong business acumen and market insight, capable of devising effective sales strategies.
Ability to adapt to various challenges, with problem-solving skills and resilience.
Possession of a valid driving license, with the ability to travel flexibly between Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
Strong interest in the beverage industry and willingness to contribute to the development of TaNing Lemon Beverage.
