Job Description
Overall Brand Management:
- Oversee and supervise all aspects of the brand, including sales planning, marketing, and merchandising.
Driving Sales Strategy:
- Lead the brand's sales strategies and marketing initiatives, integrating various departments to drive revenue growth.
Store and Staff Management:
- Establish and streamline store operations by collaborating closely with the Store Manager and retail staff in preparation for the store opening.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the apparel industry.
- Having experience in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and store promotions.
Advantage
- Experience working for Japanese retail companies.
