As an Operational Excellence Business Analyst (Senior Engineer), you will partner with operational leaders and crossu2011functional teams to identify and implement datau2011driven process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Lead Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives, deploy standard work and change management, and integrate digital solutions (advanced analytics, RPA, MES, IIoT) to scale and track sustainable improvements.
