Job Summary

You will lead daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient inventory management, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety standards. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate timely delivery and optimize logistics performance
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and ensure safety compliance
• Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse and logistics functions
• Liaise with external logistics partners and transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all warehouse and distribution activities for audit and tracking purposes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations within manufacturing or distribution sectors
• Proven expertise in inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis to support operational reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to warehouse operations
• Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations are advantageous
