Position: Operation Manager / Assistant Manager
Salary Range: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000
Location: Sunwaymas Commercial Center, Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilites :
- Manage company budgets and forecast.
- Lead and supervise finance staff.
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute a variety of customer-focused events.
- Ensure weekly reports are reported timely with key findings for continuous improvement plan in terms of tactics.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Position Requirements :
- At least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
- Candidates with a finance background are preferred.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Knowledge of organizational efficiency and operations management.
- A good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Analytical skills and must be well-versed in documentation.
