Assisting Senior Manager in driving and supporting analytics roadmap and charter to align and support business strategies through the usage of analytics rigour and methodologies.
2. Manage and monitor key business and performance metrics, conduct data investigations and analysis on data trends to improve customer experience, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency.
- Maintain existing data solutions, reports and dashboards. Identify and act upon opportunities to improve process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
- Design/Perform comprehensive, accurate and business-oriented reports/tools to monitor the performance of business, and analyse available data to locate risks and to discover potential business opportunities.
- Perform in-depth observations and analysis on business portfolio and able to collaborate across functions/departments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements, to be able to design and develop reports that best fits the users needs.
- Use visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel or PowerPoint to present large amounts of information in ways that are easily understandable by business users.
- Prepare and present findings to senior management in a logical, concise, and articulate manner.
- Ensure discipline in documentation of assumptions, observations, and findings.
- Exercise sound judgment while analysing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.
- Continuously drive/support the development of self-service BI/Analytics/Reporting Platforms for end users
- Manage management reporting to regional office and any reports required from local regulator(s).
