Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Supervisor based in Kuala Lumpur (KL Trillion). The Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, implementing efficient processes, and addressing operational challenges in a timely manner. The role also involves managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements in operational standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure the team meets organisational goals while maintaining excellent communication and adherence to company policies.

• Proficiency in Operations and understanding of workflow optimisation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and develop effective solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills for team coordination and effective liaison with stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges
• Organisational and leadership skills to inspire and guide team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage

Eligibility

• This position is open to Malaysian citizens and candidates with full working rights in Malaysia.
• No remote work is available; only genuine candidates who are committed to career growth.
• Fluent in English, with conversational ability in Mandarin or Cantonese highly preferred (Bilingual is welcome but not required).
