Job Description

Role Summary:

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
  • Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members configuration for accuracy and completeness
  • Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (required)
