Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and integration of HCM modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid functional experience across multiple HCM modules along with hands-on technical capability in integrations and reporting.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with HR business processes.
- Work across at least three modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, or Benefits.
- Design and develop integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system configuration activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user support.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), including defect resolution and system validation.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (techno-functional role).
- Strong functional experience in at least 3 of the following modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits
- Hands-on technical experience with: HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports
- Good understanding of HR processes and HCM system workflows.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
