OS Patching

Job Title: OS Patching Engineer (Windows)

Contract 

location : KL

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end patching for Windows servers

Coordinate with application/server owners for downtime approvals

Schedule and manage patch deployments

Conduct post-patching health checks and reporting

Support server build activities as per guidelines

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Windows server management (2012 R2, 2016, 2019)

Strong troubleshooting skills (L1/L2 support)

Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, TCP/IP (added advantage)

Experience with patching tools (e.g., ManageEngine) and scripting (PowerShell) is a plus

Familiarity with monitoring/ITSM tools is an advantage

Willing to work on shifts/standby
