The position is responsible for providing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director in managing day-to-day operations. In addition, the role drives cross-functional coordination and partnership with bank, ensuring processes are in place, and identifying synergies across projects and initiatives to facilitate effective collaboration. The role also involves managing internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives as well as business-as-usual (BAU) matters.
