Job Description

Short Role Summary:

Support the development, management, and progression of eCommerce agencies across acquisition, incubation and key account stages through operational execution, partner enablement, and data-driven support, with scope flexibly assigned based on business tasks and performance growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Agency Operations & Account Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to agencies across incubation and key account stages, including oncall issue tracking, matchmaking coordination, account support, and resource allocation assistance to ensure smooth execution of agency activities & to support the achievement of overall GMV and key performance indicators.
  • Partner Enablement & Experience Support: Support growth, incubation & training sessions initiatives to improve agency capabilities and platform understanding, while assisting in partner engagement efforts such as feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and reactivation initiatives to enhance agency performance and ecosystem effectiveness.
  • Campaign, Program & Special Project Execution: Coordinate and track agency participation in platform campaigns, partner programs, and service adoption initiatives, while supporting the execution of special projects through stakeholder coordination, execution, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Performance Tracking, Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain and update performance tracking to monitor key metrics (e.g. GMV, activity levels, service indicators), support ad-hoc data analysis, reports and performance snapshots for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Onboarding & Acquisition Support: Support agency onboarding efforts by sourcing and compiling potential TSP leads from predefined channels, executing standardized outreach to initiate contact and schedule introductory calls, and assisting in online, offline activities through coordination and follow ups to drive pipeline growth and onboarding conversion.
  • Offsite & Agency Adoption: Support the execution of marketing and special projects aimed at driving agency service adoption by coordinating outreach, managing inbound TSP requests, and supporting agency follow-ups, while developing showcases and assisting in stakeholder coordination, and post activity tracking to ensure effective adoption and engagement outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree and above.
  • At least have 1 to 3 years of experience in E-commerce, KOL management, or agency partnership.
  • Strong understanding of social media and ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
  • English proficiency; understanding of Mandarin & Malay languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on, self-starting attitude. And also, a team player who works effectively in a team environment.
