What This Role Is Really About

The Partnerships & Growth Senior Executive is a strategic and operational role responsible for driving marketing excellence of MoveWell Group. 

This role focuses on 3 core areas to drive marketing metrics focused on conversion targets - across KOL partnerships, affiliate deals, and working with our paid ads team to ensure synergy across both paid and organic media.

Key Responsibilities

Main Function 1 — Affiliate & Brand Partnerships

  • Own performance, growth across Affiliate and Brand Partnerships, focused on commercial performance.
  • Identify and approach affiliate partners — pickleball centres, gyms, sports clubs, wellness studios, etc — whose communities overlap with our brands.
  • Structure every partnership with a trackable referral mechanism — promo codes, QR codes, or co-branded booking links.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and keep the referral pipeline actively converting.
  • Lead partnership conversations from first outreach to signed agreement.

Main Function 2 — KOL & Creator Partnerships

  • Drive and manage KOL/Creator Partnerships portfolio. 
  • Recruit and manage KOL and KOC partners whose content drives real clicks, enquiries, and purchases.
  • Write conversion-focused briefs with clear CTAs, promo codes, and trackable links.
  • Review and approve creator content before posting.
  • Track attributed sales and patient enquiries per creator - cut what doesn't convert, double down on what does.
  • Maintain a live KOL tracker per brand covering pipeline, content status, compensation, and conversion performance.

Main Function 3 — Paid Ads, Performance & Reporting

  • Work hand in hand with the paid ads lead of each brand, ensuring consistency between organic and non-organic content — messaging, visuals, and campaign direction should be aligned across all touchpoints
  • Contribute actively to campaign setup, creative testing, and optimisation across Meta and Google Ads for both brands
  • Analyse performance across all channels - paid, organic, KOL, and affiliate - and work closely with the company director to ensure data is interpreted correctly and acted on
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reviews across both brands covering ROAS, revenue, CAC, order volume, and new patient enquiries
  • Maintain a shared attribution dashboard in Google Sheets, updated weekly, tracking conversions by source: KOL promo codes, affiliate QR codes, and UTM links from paid campaigns
  • Submit weekly reports with clear data, observations, and at least one actionable recommendation per report

Key Requirements

  • 0 to 1+ years in a marketing role, preferably from health, e-commerce, or beauty sectors
  • Strong interest in negotiating deals and building partnerships - you enjoy the conversation and always find a way forward
  • Analytical and strategic thinker - you look at numbers and ask so what and what's next
  • Comfortable creating simple content or filming material to support partnership activations when needed
  • Genuinely interested in implementing AI workflows to work smarter and move faster
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin - written and spoken
  • Hybrid role with some days requiring in-person work at the office in KL
