Description

We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to join our growing regional payroll team, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, Finance, and global partners while gaining exposure to end‑to‑end payroll operations and compliance. Who You Are:

You are someone who thrives in a detail‑oriented environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in ensuring payroll accuracy. You have solid hands‑on experience in payroll processing, ideally across Malaysia or India, and you're confident partnering with different teams to deliver timely, compliant results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of payroll experience in a shared services or multinational environment
  • Proven understanding of Malaysia and/or India payroll regulations and compliance
  • Working knowledge of SAP HR module (HRIS)
  • Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using ADP payroll systems and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with expatriate payroll or global mobility processes
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis and support process improvements
  • Knowledge of HRIS data maintenance, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and India within a shared services model
  • Coordinate with HR teams and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs
  • Maintain employee data within payroll systems and SAP HRIS
  • Handle statutory submissions and ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Support payroll audits, monthly reports, and resolve payroll-related queries
