Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations for our employees in the India region. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of India Payroll

Responsibilities

Process payroll for employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payment to employees.
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and queries from employees.
Prepare payroll reports for management review and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
