ABOUT PEMACU KERJAYA
PEMACU KERJAYA by VentureTECH is a structured 12-month contract-based programme that provides graduates with valuable industry exposure through on-the-job training at selected VentureTECH investee companies, complemented by structured development modules. The programme aims to develop Bumiputera graduates through practical job placements and training, equipping them with industry knowledge, technical competencies, and professional skills to support their career growth.
Position: PEMCAU KERJAYA, Executive Operations
Eligibility: Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
Placement at: Bayo Pay (M) Sdn Bhd
Location: Petaling Jaya
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or candidates with relevant internship or related experience may also be considered (Entry Level)
- Candidates with internship or project experience in data analysis, reporting, or management information systems (MIS) will have an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate and distribute management information reports in an accurate and timely manner, especially for the BNM report submission deadline.
- Provide reporting and analytical information to support the management team.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the operations and management team for review.
- Ensure the number of reports is generated in a specified period.
- Design, prepare and maintain required reports to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA.
- Attend to ad hoc job requests as and when required.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

- To comply with the compliance standards, procedures and guidelines, related laws and regulations, including but not limited to Financial Services Act 2013, Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
- To observe Information Security Management System (ISMS) obligations by ensuring proper data handling, phishing awareness, access control, and timely incident reporting to safeguard Bayo's operations and integrity.
- To comply with any other matter related to compliance.
