Performance Marketing Executive

I'm Dylan, founder of Replyr.ai. We help specialised clinics in Malaysia get more patients.

We build WhatsApp AI that qualifies patient leads and books appointments, run Meta and Google ad campaigns that bring in new patients, and produce educational and entertaining videos that build trust with prospective patients before they ever walk through the door. It's working. Clients are paying us. We're growing.

The problem: my co-founder is doing everything himself on the ads side. Research, creatives, copy, campaign setup, optimisation. That's not scalable and taking his time away from important stuff we need to do. So I need someone who can own this.

Not someone who needs hand-holding. Not someone who just boosts posts and calls it a day. Someone who actually understands how to build a campaign from scratch, thinks in funnels, and cares about real outcomes like booked appointments and ROAS.

What you'll actually do:

• Research clinics, treatments, and target audiences before touching ads manager
• Build creatives and write copy that converts cold audiences into booked patients
• Set up and run Meta and Google campaigns end to end
• Hand off qualified leads to our product team, who funnel them into our WhatsApp AI booking workflows (you focus on the ads, they handle the AI side)
• Optimise relentlessly based on CPL, show-up rates, and appointment conversions

You're the right person if:

• You have 2 to 4 years running Meta and Google ads, ideally in healthcare or clinics
• You're comfortable marketing sensitive treatments like aesthetic procedures and understand the importance of staying compliant with relevant advertising laws and regulations
• You're experienced at using AI tools in your workflow
• You are proficient in English and at least one additional language, Malay or Chinese
• You work well independently and don't need someone watching over your shoulder
