About the Company

We run two growing e-commerce businesses focused on finding and developing winning products into our own branded lines across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other marketplaces.

We are also expanding into Metaphysics services, supported by systems and AI tools.

We are a small and agile team that embraces the latest technologies, especially AI, to make work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

About the Founder & the Role

I oversee the company direction and need a highly dependable Personal Assistant who can help run the operations by taking on as many responsibilities as possible. I'm looking for someone who wants a long-term partnership, someone I can trust, and who enjoys working side by side with me, no politics, just support and results.

I need a common-sense, proactive problem-solver who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and keeps everything running smoothly. Someone who improves things every day, workflow, systems, and communication, so we can work better and faster.

You'll be managing the operations of both businesses and will be empowered to make independent decisions once trained. If you enjoy responsibility, executing at a high level, and seeing your work directly affect company success, this role is for you.

In a startup, we don't always have the answers. You must be someone who can think independently, figure things out, and build systems so that once something is solved - it stays solved. You'll have a lot of freedom to think creatively, but always with logic and calculated risk.

Your Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Marketplace Operations

• Edit product images/videos/descriptions for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
• Identify winning products and add them into our store's ecosystem.
• Manage promotional campaigns during major sales events.
• Monitor inventory & manage stock movement.
• Analyze product performance, know what's rising and what's falling.
• Help develop branding for winning products.
• Work directly with the founder to shape new product strategies - a rare opportunity not found in corporate.

Metaphysics Services

• Plan and edit engaging videos for social media.
• Use the latest AI tools to streamline editing and content creation.
• Generate metaphysics reports using our formulas and templates.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality with all personal and company information.
• Do whatever saves the founder's time - big or small tasks - to free her focus for company growth.
• Think ahead, foresee problems, solve them fast, and create systems for future use.
• Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, a level of trust and independence most jobs don't provide.
• Your tasks are not limited to the items above; you are expected to take on any responsibilities necessary to support the founder and keep the company running smoothly.

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Saturday (WFH) work IF needed SOMETIMES,if something needs to be done, needs to be done on time.
