As part of this ecosystem, Alpro Physio, our dedicated physiotherapy and rehabilitation wing, is expanding our team.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who believes physiotherapy should not be limited by the four walls of a treatment centre.

This role will focus on providing physiotherapy care through digital and virtual platforms, allowing patients to receive professional assessment, rehabilitation guidance and continuous follow-up wherever they are.

As part of the Alpro Physio team, you will:

• Conduct virtual physiotherapy assessments and consultations for clients with musculoskeletal, neurological and movement-related conditions

• Develop personalised rehabilitation and recovery programmes based on individual patient needs

• Guide patients through exercises, movement correction and self-management techniques via digital platforms

• Monitor patient progress and adjust rehabilitation plans accordingly

• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, mobility, recovery and long-term physical wellbeing

• Maintain proper clinical documentation and patient records

• Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, nutritionists, dietitians and other healthcare professionals within the Alpro ecosystem

• Contribute to patient education, health awareness and wellness initiatives

• Help us explore new ways of making physiotherapy more accessible through technology and digital healthcare

• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy

• Valid registration/licence with the relevant professional body

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills

• Good understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy practice

• Comfortable conducting consultations and patient education through digital platforms

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to explain exercises and rehabilitation plans clearly and practically

• Independent, responsible and comfortable working in a digital/remote environment

• Good clinical documentation and attention to detail

• Patient-centred, empathetic and committed to continuous professional development

Experience in outpatient, community or telehealth physiotherapy will be an added advantage.

This is more than a physiotherapy position.
