Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions using manual therapy, exercise prescription, Clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation, and other evidence-based techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and updating clinical records in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs, while collaborating with colleagues to optimize outcomes and maintain high clinical standards. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in professional development, and support community or media engagements that promote the clinic's services and rehabilitation best practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with full registration or eligibility to practice as a physiotherapist.
• Clinical skills: Strong assessment and diagnostic skills in musculoskeletal, sports, and orthopedic conditions; ability to develop and implement individualized rehab plans.
• Therapeutic techniques: Experience or interest in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, manual therapy, IASTM, and exercise-based rehabilitation for varied patient populations.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to explain treatment plans clearly, motivate patients, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain professional, inclusive relationships.
• Professional attributes: Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, ethical care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Additional advantages: Experience in sports performance rehab or strength and conditioning, prior work in private practice settings, and willingness to participate in workshops, community outreach, or media features.
