We're Hiring: Planner | Penang, Malaysia

We are looking for a Planner to join our client's team in Bayan Lepas, Penang!

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia (Onsite)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)

Language Requirement: Mandarin speaking is mandatory

Candidate Preference: Chinese candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and production capacity.
• Manage build planning, order management, and supply planning activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to align demand forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and obsolescence risks.
• Prepare performance reports and support continuous process improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Global Supply Planning (GSP), Build Planning, order management, and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
