Summary
The incumbent oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management and price negotiation. The role ensures accurate and timely data processing for effective inventory control aligned with business systems and cost tracking. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining strict trade and SST compliance (accurate tax docuentation, reporting, and finance collaboration).
What You'll Do
- Responsible for coordinating with Regional Planner, Sales, Production, Finance and other departments to align procurement plans with organizational goals.
- Responsible for SAP Master data, including Bills of Materials, routings, costing, schedule line
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and Intercompany suppliers, manage supplier performance, and develop alternative sourcing options.
- Monitor deadlines, quality and activities of International Shipments. In case of discrepancies between target and actual, initiate corresponding quality-oriented countermeasures and inform the immediate superior.
- Work with Customizing, Sales, Logistics, PM, AP Planning and Purchasing Department to forecast demand, plan materials and balance inventory levels to meet production and delivery targets.
- Ensure procurement and inventory data is accurately captured in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for tracking, reporting, decision-making and regularly reviewed to comply with the guidelines.
- Check procurement, logistics, importation documents pricing, and match documents in the complete set before submitting them to the Finance Department for payment processing.
- Ensure eligible 3rd party suppliers goods are correctly classified for import. Intercompany materials will be clarified by Trade Compliance and supported with proper documentation to apply for SST customs duty exemptions.
Who You Are
- High Diploma or above in Procurement / Business Management / Logistics / Supply Chain related qualitifcation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procrement, material planning or supply chain
- Strong analytical and forecasting capability
- Good commend of written and spoken English
- Fast learning and adaption abilities
- Self motivated, a team player, work independently under pressure
