The position works under the site planning and is responsible for all activities related supply planning. Assist the Planning Manager in demand and SOC management while coordinating with Customer Service daily. Collaborate with RM and Production Planners to oversee the production schedule and ensure JIT material availability. Balancing supply and demand to support customer order fulfillment. Additionally, support SLOB management and contribute to weekly/monthly reports, including Past Due & Inventory Analysis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
Meetings & Reviews:
- Participate in the daily Plant Board meeting and address operational issues.
- Ensure alignment with Customer Service and customer requirements.
- Attend the weekly Supply Chain Meeting.
- Take part in the PGU - Production Review.
- Conduct a weekly Cake Stock & Usage Review (FIFO).
- Join the BCMM Inventory Meeting.
- Engage in the Monthly S&OE Review for PLO.
Reporting & Tracking:
- Prepare the Daily -End FG Output Report.
- Provide weekly updates on inventory status.
- Perform monthly PLO creation through mass upload.
- Update Shipment files with daily data.
- Download and update data daily: Z3185 Monitor stock, MAD, Rush order tracking, and prioritize allocation. ZMB52N Track daily stock, aging, and excess inventory. MB51 Compare FG output tracking against the plan.
- Maintain daily Shipment file updates on stock status.
- Oversee stock and inventory management.
Check & Respond to Emails:
- Respond to inquiries from CS, Shipping, and WH.
- Manage ad-hoc changes and amendments related to PLO, MAD System, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc sales requirements from the commercial team.
ABOUT YOU
- Education - Minimum Diploma or any equivalent.
- Experience (type) 2-3 years hands on working experience in supply chain planning.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English, written & spoken
- Well verse in Excel skill
- Knowledge or specific business understanding
- SAP system knowledge
- Understand concept of planning
- Possess a strong understanding of supply chain and production flow processes.
- Demonstrate excellent administrative and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel, and familiarity with SAP.
- Have in-depth knowledge of products.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Well-versed in GMP, safety, food safety, Halal requirements, and quality standards and procedures.
