Job Summary

The Lead-to-Cash Process & Systems Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, improving and governing business processes and the systems supporting the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective process designs and system configurations, while ensuring alignment between operational processes and system capabilities. The role also supports process transformation, automation, system enhancements, user acceptance testing and process adoption. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process management, process improvement and system configuration. Software development or coding experience is not required.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Design, improve and document end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes, workflows and SOPs.
• Manage and maintain system configurations to ensure they are aligned with business processes and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation and system enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and external consultants to gather requirements, review solutions and implement process improvements.
• Monitor process adoption and compliance, identify gaps or issues, and recommend practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.

About You

• 8–10 years of experience in business process design, CRM administration, systems configuration, revenue operations or enterprise operations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end process design and documentation, preferably in a greenfield or process transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of how business processes translate into system configurations, with hands-on experience managing or supporting system implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Operations, Product and IT teams.
• Experience in Telco, Enterprise B2B, CRM, AI/automation or working with external implementation consultants will be an added advantage.
