Overview
Support fundraising and investor coverage efforts across Crewstone-managed funds and transaction-specific mandates, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and broader private wealth channels. The role requires strong relationship discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to support fundraising conversations from first contact through follow-up and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, financial institutions, and other relevant investors across Crewstone's network.
- Support fundraising campaigns through targeted outreach, investor follow-up, meeting coordination, and relationship management across active mandates and fund products.
- Build and maintain investor profiles by understanding return expectations, mandate fit, structural preferences, and sector appetite.
- Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials, including teasers, decks, FAQs, due diligence responses, and follow-up materials required for fundraising discussions.
- Help manage the end-to-end investor engagement process, including communication flow, scheduling, information requests, and progression toward commitment.
- Ensure all investor communication and fundraising activity is carried out in line with applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, and market best practice.
- Undertake other responsibilities and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking
- Proven sales track record in managing and growing portfolios of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to source, engage, and close new clients and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
