Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop, review, and optimize manufacturing processes to support new product introduction (NPI), trial runs, and mass production.
• Prepare and maintain process documents including SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts, control plans, and inspection standards.
• Review product and process designs to ensure technical feasibility, cost effectiveness, and quality compliance.
• Support production by resolving process and technical issues, improving product quality, yield, and process stability.
• Evaluate equipment capability and propose improvements to meet production and quality requirements.
• Conduct process audits, ensure compliance with process discipline, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and training to production operators and technicians.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Equipment teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing / production process engineering (data center, electronics, mechanical assembly, or related industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process documentation, and quality control.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: RM4k - RM9k
