Process Engineer

.Evaluate, design, and implement production processes for continuous improvement

· Work closely with QA to resolve print defects like color variation & quality issue

· Optimize printing and finishing operations to reduce wast, downtime, and material usage

· Prepare and maintain process documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, control plans)

· Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)

· Participate in new product introductions and equipment commissioning

· Monitor key process parameters and provide data analysis for decision making

· Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards

· Analyze and improve current printing process & rigid box process

· Prepare process flowcharts for each process
