Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for preparing and issuing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, maintaining vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet organizational procurement needs efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement practices
  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and decision-making
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with regulations and best practices in procurement processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or drone industry is advantageous
