Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify new product trends and opportunities
• Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and terms.
• Analysing sales data to identify trends, forecast demand for product allocation.
• Ensure each product is comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments as well as suppliers
• To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
• Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills
• Detail-oriented person
• Knowledgeable in retail processes.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Able to speak, write & read Mandarin is a plus point.
