- Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, price negotiation, and order execution to ensure timely product availability.
- Liaise closely with local suppliers on pricing, promotional activities, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Support new SKU listings, product evaluation, and performance tracking to optimize product assortment and category performance.
- Conduct regular market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and closely monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including SKU information, pricing, and supplier details.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., merchandising, operations, warehouse) and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.
- Work independently to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
