Job Dutie

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of the suppliers (construction related) in the Johor region
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and sourcing strategies.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience within the construction industry.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience managing supplier contracts and conducting commercial negotiations.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement process improvement.
