What You'll Do:

  • Conceptualize, define and own product initiatives that improve usability, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Improving Search relevance, speed, and discoverability in the app
  • Crafting tailored app experiences for specific segments
  • Reducing user friction across key journeys (onboarding, repeat usage, core transactions)
  • Analyze product usage data, funnels, and drop-offs to identify pain points
  • Partner closely with Design to validate concepts through prototypes and testing
  • Prioritize experience improvements that directly impact DAU, retention, and NPS
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders and consumers to align on strategy and product features
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and
  • manage quality for successful implementation of projects in order to effectively manage the roadmap in the assigned domain
  • Specify product definition, create Product Requirement document and other documents necessary for implementation of product road map
  • Observe regional markets and anticipate market changes over near and long-time frames.
  • Define success metrics for each initiative (e.g. DAU uplift, engagement frequency, NPS movement)
  • Run experiments and A/B tests where applicable
  • Continuously iterate based on data, user feedback, and post-launch learnings

Role Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, competitive analysis, etc.
  • At least 2 years of digital/mobile app management experience
  • Experience working on UX-heavy or engagement-driven product areas
  • Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
  • Experience in UED (User Experience Design) or UI (User Interface) Design is preferred
  • Track record in leading business critical projects of large scope
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
  • Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
