What You'll Do:
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead product discovery, design, development, and delivery from concept to launch
- Define Product Requirement Documents: Conduct feasibility study, and write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Define Roadmap: Translate PolicyStreet's vision and Digital Insurer transformation strategy into a clear product roadmap with priorities tied to customer and business value
- User Research + Improvement Plan: Conduct research, interviews, and market analysis to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Operations, and Marketing to deliver the required features on time
- GTM Partnership: To ensure internal readiness, smooth product launches and customer adoption
- Continuous Improvement: Track product performance post-launch, analyze usage data, and recommend enhancements / improvements needed
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product development and launches meet Bank Negara Malaysia's digital insurer compliance requirements
