Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead product discovery, design, development, and delivery from concept to launch
  • Define Product Requirement Documents: Conduct feasibility study, and write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Define Roadmap: Translate PolicyStreet's vision and Digital Insurer transformation strategy into a clear product roadmap with priorities tied to customer and business value
  • User Research + Improvement Plan: Conduct research, interviews, and market analysis to deeply understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Operations, and Marketing to deliver the required features on time
  • GTM Partnership: To ensure internal readiness, smooth product launches and customer adoption
  • Continuous Improvement: Track product performance post-launch, analyze usage data, and recommend enhancements / improvements needed
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product development and launches meet Bank Negara Malaysia's digital insurer compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Ownership Mentality: You take full accountability for your product outcomes, not just output
  • Experience: 4-7 years in Product Management or related roles in Tech, SaaS, FinTech, or InsurTech; startup/scale-up experience preferred
