Job Description

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded B2B Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and go-to-market of our Engineering & IT solutions. This role works closely with customers, sales, marketing, suppliers, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact products for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring.

• Identify new business opportunities in B2B engineering and IT markets.

• Prioritize features based on customer impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.

2. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Gather and translate enterprise customer requirements into product specifications.

• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, suppliers and key accounts to support solution positioning.

• Conduct client meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering team throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop integrated go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

• Define clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

4. Go-to-Market & Commercialization

• Develop pricing strategy and value propositions for clients.

• Liaise with marketing team on product messaging and technical positioning. Co-develop promotion and communication strategy.

• Train sales teams on product features and competitive differentiation.

• Monitor product performance and KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention).

5. Product Lifecycle Management

• Track product profitability and cost management.

• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics.

• Manage product documentation and compliance requirements.

6. Others:

• To complete additional assignments or projects as required by the supervisor to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B Product Management experience in UPS/Data center industry.

• Strong understanding of enterprise customers and solution-based selling.

• Proven experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, as the role supports partners in China and Taiwan.

• Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
