Job Summary
As a Product Marketing Intern, you will support the product marketing team in executing go-to-market strategies for Boost's financial services products. Gain hands-on experience in campaign planning, audience research, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how marketing drives acquisition, engagement, and fintech customer journeys.
Job Requirements:
- Undergoing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or related field
- Basic knowledge and eagerness in product marketing, customer engagement & content creation
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data tracking, PowerPoint proficiency for presentation, Canva or other design tools are an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- A winning attitude, positive & curious mindset with eagerness to learn and explore.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Track campaign performance metrics and log key insights for reporting
- Assist in creating social media captions, campaign content and product messaging
- Research target audience segments and monitor competitor activities
Weekly Tasks:
- Help prepare weekly performance summaries and content recommendations
- Support content calendar planning and caption drafting aligned with Boost's tone of voice
- Participate in team brainstorming for campaign ideas and product launches
