KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Support end-to-end product delivery from requirement clarification through production rollout
  • Coordinate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure feature readiness and delivery alignment
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing(UAT), validation, and release support activities
  • Track delivery issues, enhancements, and post-launch feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in the IT and reg Tech space.

Multi-Product & New Product Support

  • Support discovery, validation, and early delivery of new products and enhancements
  • Assist Product Team in shaping MVP scope, workflows, and initial product definitions
  • Support early pilots, demos, and client engagements for new offerings
  • Contribute to early-stage product documentation and enablement materials

Technical Proposals, Presentations & Product Demos

  • Support preparation of product and solution proposals by articulating product capabilities, workflows, and compliance alignment
  • Develop, maintain, and tailor product presentation decks and demo flows for existing and new products
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and functional demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all proposals, presentations, and demos accurately reflect product capabilities and delivery readiness
  • Tailor presentations to different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.

Client Engagement & Enablement

  • Support client onboarding, implementation, and rollout activities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams during delivery and early adoption
  • Capture structured client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions

Documentation & Product Readiness

  • Maintain strong functional understanding of product workflows, APIs, and regulatory behaviour
  • Contribute to release notes, training materials, SOPs, and internal documentation
  • Ensure consistency between product design, documentation, demos, and delivered functionality
  • Prepare regular reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product management and client engagement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product features and user experiences by providing insights from client interactions and technical expertise.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company as needed.

Delivery Quality & Execution Reliability

  • Ensure proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and product releases are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with agreed scope and readiness
  • Support smooth product releases with minimal post-launch issues through proper validation and coordination

Product Accuracy & Integrity

  • Ensure all proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and documentation accurately represent product capabilities, limitations, and readiness

Client Enablement & Satisfaction

  • Deliver high-quality technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that meet client expectations and support successful implementation
  • Enable clear client understanding to drive effective adoption of products

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture, structure, and communicate client and delivery feedback to inform product enhancements and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years experience in product delivery, solution enablement, or technical product roles.
  • Strong technical background in system development, online/customized systems, APIs, and workflows.
  • Experience with regulated systems, data management/analytics, or government-linked/ RegTech products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, compliance-related use cases, SDLC, and ICT infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to analyze, plan, strategize, and execute product delivery.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple products with changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical & non-technical audiences.
  • Experience preparing proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
  • Customer-oriented, able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to travel, possess valid driving license and own transport.
