This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting products, conducting market analysis, engaging with clients to ensure excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include providing product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.

• Experience or knowledge as a Product Specialist with the ability to understand and effectively explain product features
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze market trends, and contribute to strategic planning
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering positive client relationships and addressing customer needs
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or related industries is beneficial
