How Will You Make an Impact
You will contribute directly to the production of high-quality microbiology products that support critical healthcare and laboratory testing worldwide. By following SOPs, maintaining ISO standards, and supporting production efficiency, you help ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production activities according to approved SOPs, batch records, and safety requirements.
- Handle materials, equipment, and cleaning activities to support smooth production flow and quality compliance.
- Report abnormalities, support troubleshooting, and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification is required. A Technical Certificate, Vocational Training, or relevant Apprenticeship in manufacturing, laboratory, or related technical fields is an added advantage.
- No relevant work experience is required.
- Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field is an advantage.
- Experience in a cGMP environment is an advantage.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality awareness, and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to shift work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to handle materials, equipment, and containers in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Willingness to work in a controlled manufacturing environment, including shift work, PPE usage, and adherence to hygiene and safety requirements.
