Work with Production PIC to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
To ensure compliance of HALAL and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification Standard) requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Involve in External and Internal audit and product traceability.
To plan, coordinate and organize available resources to meet planned production schedules.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
Attend meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
To perform any other responsibility as directed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (bakery industry) is required for this position.
Compulsory experience in a related field such as bakery, cake decorating, or cake mixing and baking.
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, QA, Production, HACCP, FSSC
Work Schedule: 6 days/week, off day Sunday
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess own transport
