Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end precision machining operations covering production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and environmental, health, and safety functions.
- Drive key operational performance indicators including productivity, yield, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term operational and transformation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in CNC machining, precision turning and milling, tooling design and maintenance, automation, and industrial engineering practices.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, process capability improvement, and operational digitalization.
- Build, develop, and empower leadership teams while strengthening succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience leading medium to large sized machining manufacturing operations and processes for at least 5 years
- High-potential candidates with strong results and leadership ability will be also considered
- Proven track record improving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery
- Understands plant P&L and cost drivers
- Fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
