Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Production Planner to join our team on-site in Kota Damansara. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and managing efficient production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product delivery, and optimizing resource allocation. The role also involves analyzing production data, identifying potential bottlenecks, and developing strategies to enhance production efficiency. Collaboration with team members and effective communication will be essential to ensure production targets are met with minimal disruptions. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to review production data and optimize processes.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred) to facilitate communication with international partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to dynamic demands.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
