JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, production, quality, and logistics, to ensure all resources are available and production targets are met.
- Oversee production workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production data, reports, and performance metrics for management review, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Lead, train, and mentor local staff in production planning, scheduling, and problem-solving to strengthen technical capability and build a skilled workforce.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues, support equipment installation or upgrades, and implement process improvements.
