We seek a Project Associate to manage our clients branding and corporate reporting portfolios. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing branding and publication project management for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Brainstorming, planning, and executing branding and publication-related projects.
- Manage and review projects from start to completion.
- Meeting clients, getting briefs, assisting clients in managing each project timeline, and ensuring the deadline is completed as scheduled.
- Act as a communication point between the client and the creative team.
- Manage internal resources and workload with the creative team to ensure work deliver on time.
- Related ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements
- Have experience working in a design agency, creative agency or town planner
- Proficient in English. Being able to communicate in Malay and/or Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, responsible and committed.
- A good team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
