Job Description

Position Objective:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support the team in driving transformation initiatives across the Company. This role is ideal for candidates with 12 years of project management or project coordination experience who are keen to further develop their skills in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with department members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing transformation projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
  • Track and follow up on project milestones, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in gathering requirements, feedback, and insights from stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across project teams.

3. Process Improvement & Analysis

  • Support process mapping, documentation, and gap analysis activities.
  • Assist in analysing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Help prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure proper version control.
  • Assist with procurement, budget tracking, and vendor management when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in project management or project coordination; experience in the asset management industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
