Responsibility & Accountability
- Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects.
- Design electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses.
- Coordinate and manage electrical engineering activities to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure all electrical engineering work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality and compliance of electrical installations.
Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- For Project Engineer: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in using electrical design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
